Quick update for you all
I haven't tried the 08 schedules on FM09 so can't tell you guys how effective they are, if you want to try them until the 09 schedules are complete they can be downloaded from here: www.freewebs.com/tugstraining
The 09 schedules are coming along nicely though, I'm into November and with small tweaks here and there I've been seeing some very positive improvements for first teamers, fringe players and youth players. I'm hoping that v0.1 should be online early next week at the latest. I'll be relying on your feedback to make any necessary improvements.
What's changed for FM09?
-Heavy tweakings to the physical training for all schedules
-Fast Striker/Tall striker schedules merged into one 'Striker' schedule (I'm not sure if this is the most effective way to handle this, but if you're anything like me you'll create individual schedules for any players who you feel don't fit to one of the default regimes.)
-Tweaks to work rate: I've found the best compromise for senior schedules to be one click under 'Heavy,' all schedules now comply with this.
-Youth training almost untouched as it worked so well in 08, a few small tweaks where needed however.
-Part time training to follow.
As I said, I'm hoping that v0.1 will be out with you all ASAP, it will be uploaded to www.freewebs.com/tugstraining and I will make introductory posts with screenshots, notes, tips and a readme on here and other forums around the scene.
Happy FMing,
Mark (Tug)

Good to see a proper training schedule appearing for '09.
I'm getting a bit sick of the injuries my team are getting in the newer game but that may be something to do with a bug in the game.
How has the training-related injuries been while you have been testing the training, Tug?
