Thats a good shout mate. I'd love to be able to do a story as the Scotland National team but I'm too into my St Mirren game.

I'd love to read one aswell.

Why not give it a try Naismith?

Scotland it is :thup:

EDIT: Scotland it was, I cannot get into any story and it is really annoying me :sniff:

I’ve decided to make a return to the story scene with a story that I hope takes off…

“It’s time to clean up the Toon.”

It’s arrived to Susie and it’s a Susie exclusive.

I am pulling my hair out at the moment, because I really want to write but I cannot seem to get interested in any game. I have thought about LLM but I'm sh*te. I have considered Rangers but I currently have a long term game running with them and I cannot be bothered starting again. My mind keeps returning to the Championship, or League One - even League Two - but I can never find a suitable tactic for these leagues.

I’m in the same boat as you are Naismith mate, as I also just can’t enjoy a story atm. I know I started a Newcastle United story but tragically that had to pass away as my computer was infected with Spyware and couldn’t continue with the game until everything was cleared, now thankfully everything has been cleared and I’m ready now.

If you don’t fancy managing in England or Spain then perhaps you should head to a foreign country such as Spain, Holland or even Germany to try and get a good story going, don’t fancy managing a “big” nation then you should try an ‘obscure’ type league like Wales or Northern Ireland as that’s what I’m thinking of doing as I’ve not been able to get into an English story since my Darlington game on Football Manager 2006, which was quite good.

Right. I've decided seeing as my Coventry story bollocksed up when that arse nackered the site that I wanna start a new one as I was quite enjoying it. I'm thinking a Conference team but I just don't know who. Any recommendations?

Well.

I've been writing something new and so far so good and i'm actually really enjoying it. I've never tried writing something in this style before, I'm not sure when it'll be out here, soon i'd imagine. when i've written enough anyway for sure. Maybe later this week, I hope.

I'm not going to give anything else away, you can guess on what i'm doing :D

A very small preview to the story :ninja:

=======
I bent down to stretch my hamstring muscle. I went through a few stretches and a couple of breathing exercises. It was another cold night in London and it's never easy to breathe when running around an icy pitch. Bridgey tapped me on the arm and pointed towards the dugout.
=======

Will release at the end of the week . . .

I have written several updates for my new story but since GIMP is f*cking up for me, I have to put in on hold because I want the graphics to be perfect :sarcastic: . Are there any other alternatives to GIMP, other than photoshop obviously?
