It's the exact same mate, just you may have to make the folders new. "Logos" "Kits" etc.
What about my question, on installing individual pics?
Yeh, I dont know how to install individual ones either. Can someone help with this?

How many times have people asked this?
Here's an easy guide to getting those faces in the game
1. Extract the zip/rar file into;
My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pictures/Players
2. You may need create the above folders, if they do not exist.
3. Load up FM, go to Options > Preferences > Display and Sound
4. Untick ''Use skin cache'' box
5. Tick ''Always reload on confirm''
6. Then click ''Confirm''
7. Then finally restart FM.
8 And hey presto, you should see those damn faces you've waited a while to see.

Any questions just ask.

RIght, when you start a game and make yourself a manager, cancel the wizard, in the top right hand side it says you can select your picture.

I have a slight problem. Somehow FM09 keeps using my old player faces instead of new ones. I have completely deleted all of the faces I previously used in My Documents, but it still shows them.. Where does FM09 look for these pictures? Because if I search for a player ID, it only finds the new ones... Is there some database it creates?

Hey all, i have been playing CM and FM for ages, but decided now to fiddle with the skins etc a bit..
I am combining a few facepacks to get the best of most, and have for example 3 different gerrad pics. How do i get FM to use the pic i want? Must i install all the pics into one folder (basically by taking them out of an extracted team folder for eg) and sort by player number, or must i just leave it in its basic extract folder?

hey
i succesfully installed a fack pack of my choice. everything is ok, but the problem is that the faces arent showing for the team members of the team i started the game with. im managing Juve and i can see every player's face ive bought from other clubs but the likes of Buffon, Giovinco or Chiellini arent showing. is that a bug? how can it be solved?

Quick question which has probably been answered elsewhere. How do you replace the default "faceless" pic that is allocated to players without a photo from a facepack?
If it's been answered could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Have a look at the one I created
HERE (it's my avatar) download it, and you'll see that it's in a folder with a config - simply install it into your graphics folder and if you want to replace this image with your own, overwrite mine with something you have found.
Makes sense?

Good stuff! I really hated the default SI one, enjoy my game much more now - amazing what a difference the default face can make.

i'm struggling with adding multiple face packs, every facepack after the 1st one wants to overwrite the original config file.
I have tried renaming the config files but they dont work. The faces dont appear when i put each team/league in individual folders within graphics>pictures (like you could do with previous fm games). Wondering if anyone could help?

TBH - it might be a case of you making a single BIG pack and putting all the ind. pics inside it and then generating the config file yourself using something like fmXML.
Oh and messymessymessy - Try deleting the game cache first and if that doesn't work try a game re-install (you can keep all your old files when doing this)

so it may be having a conflict when one player have more than one fp. any suggestion how to make which one is prior? or make the game rotate the fp selection perhaps..
can i change my manager's face? i only know when starting the game we can pick one.

Managers Face Issue
HERE
In your my docs/si/fm11/graphics/faces folder you need to put the pack that includes the preferred image ahead of the pack that contains the secondary image. The game will then "Read" the config file of the first pack before the next one. However if I were you I'd just use the Megapack and overwrite your preferred images as and when you see fit.
