happy to give constructive criticism. it's difficult working with poor quality images, so well done for trying something a bit different. IMO, a bit more attention to detail would boost your cutting. the jaggy edges around the faces should, ideally, be smoothed off. i learned a helluva lot from hampton and rowrow's tutorials. i went quickly from terrible to decent at cutting as a result. the discussion thread on how to cut faces will have you cutting like a pro. trust me! give those videos a look.

No, especially not Reserve players and youth... Or look at Vitesse: Not a single player pic is in the game... that's why I decided to make a dutch missing player superpack... 4 more teams and I am finished...
