He's not in db 10.3, he would of been added to a custom db you would of downloaded.

Rowan: would it be possible to have a system where 'new' people can't request images? Then, after a certain amount of time or post, they would be allowed to post in the request threads.

Nah I don't think that's a good idea. It puts off people from posting at all and discourages new members. Generally don't like having post limits.

Agree. Besides Green Lion isn't a new poster, just a frustrating one (at times, sorry GL)

I think the issue here is making the rules clearer - something the new requesting process (coming in a few weeks with the new site) will do.
