Haven't seen the other games today but I reckon this will be another dull one. Paraguay will surely fancy picking up 6 points against Slovakia and NZ so I think they'll set out to take a draw, 7 has always been enough to get to the knock outs.

Hope I'm wrong though.

Agreed.

Italy don't strike me as a side that can regularly open up sides either.

Why do the English press keep talking about the age of the Italian squad?!?! The English squad is older!!

There we go... average age of World Cup winning squads is 29. And at least they've finally acknowledged this starting 11 is about the same as England's.

I love Clarence Seedorf. Intelligent, charismatic and well spoken. Comes across as a really nice guy.

I don't think there's many pundits better than him.

It'd be a shoe-in for the quarter finals at the National Anthems World Cup, but would be an outsider in a match with the French, Germans, or Brazilians.

Anyway, I suppose hoping for more than one goal here is just blind optimism.

I need the Italians to score twice. Not once, not thrice - twice.

Paraguay have taken the lead.

This is good - now Italy will have to attack and actually score the two goals I need to win Ģ20.

"A lot of complaining going on from the Italian players..."

Well, yes. They're Italian, and are as such born to whinge.
