Worked fine for me. But filefront was being really sketchy for me yesterday as well. Just try it again and should work out.

I downloaded it easily enough from the latest Megaupload link. I got a file called 2010/11 July start.dbc

I placed it into my documents>sports interactive>football manager 2010> editor data

But when I open my FM10 game it doesn't pick it up in the list of databases, also when I open my editor it doesn't pick it up. I tried to open the dbc file itself but Windows didn't recognize it.

Its not meant to be in the list of databases you are meant to change the editor data and then tick the july 2010-11 start box then start the game

Thank you for telling things I've missed out and done incorrectly... this will all be updated in the next update which is scheduled for saturday early morning
