I have just got promoted in to the Premiership with Blackpool. I am in the 3rd season and have played 2 games so far conceding 7 goals and scoring 3 (Man Utd & West Brom). I seem to be very easy to score past or make chances without creating much. Is there a tactic around that would help?

Based on the evidence provided so far, I'd say "Don't be afraid to attack".

It is going to be a real uphill battle for you, I'd drop your two wide STs to AMR and AML or even MR and ML just so you can have more cover in the midfield. I would also maybe put Borre as a DMC just to protect the back four a bit more.
Could you post up a screenshot of Jendrisek?

It is just a bitch that he isn't a big target man, if you do drop your two wide STs to AMR and AML(or MR and ML) then you could try Jendrisek as a Poacher or an Advanced Forward. If you do play one man uptop then it will be really tough for him, so you'll have to really look to get the best from Jendrisek's pace.
You could try playing on the counter if your wingers are quick as Jendrisek's pace will definitely get him a few chances on the counter attack.

I think the more you try and prevent the other team the more you are going to damage your offensive chances as well as inviting pressure on to you personally I think you have to give nearly as good as you get.
Something like this is quite good as it protects both the defence while supporting the attack, I used it in every division when I got promoted and was one of the weaker teams.
Here is the screenshot of the tactic and I've uploaded the tactic as well.
