    Here is a mod that i created for those of you using smaller screens as seen below is the end product which enables you to view the 24 team table in full, normally you can't view the bottom few teams

    if you feel this doesn't work then find the following line

    <flags id="row_height" value="21" />

    change the number 21 to lower if its not all in view or higher.

    these files can be place in the following location to work with all skins

    Here is a mod i created that displays the comments to show the players motivation in the player ratings screen for FM12

    here is a couple of previews its been tested in the lowest resolution to a very high and works well
