It's not as hard as it seems when you really want to give up, the problem is most people who say "I want to quit smoking" don't really want to, they just feel like they should.

I've quit all the things, I quit smoking because I didn't like being aiddcted to something and I quit drinking and weed for medical reasons. The hardest thing about giving up smoking is that often when you're at work or uni or wherever, your friends will go outside at a break and smoke. You'll say "oh no I shouldn't" and you end up punishing yourself for not smoking which makes you want to smoke. Don't do that, just go with them and hang out. I mean you don't really have to change your routine, you just have to not smoke. You can do whatever else.
