Same formation for all teams

Hello guys,
I have the feeling that I've seen that option somewhere but I cannot find it.
Can anybody tell me how do I ask my staff to keep the Under 20 and the Under 23 team playing the same tactics as the Senior??
This is very important to build my youngsters the way I want.
