I've had same tactic from day one... still works fine... I'm in my 14th season as West Ham, and teh last few seasons have scored over 120 goals in the league, and conceded less then 20 each time... with new patch as well.... I never change my tactic...

I created it myself, tweaked it a bit, but not a massive amount, and its worked fine...

It's a 4-1-2-3 (with 4 at the back, 1 def mind, 2 cm's, 2 wingers and 1 forward)

Very rarely fails... Think I went on a 60 - 70 game run with out loosing.

It does help that I've got a regen with 20 for pace, 19 finishing, and it think 18 composure - scored 74 goals in about 55 games in his first season!! Well worth the 60 million I spent, and 135k a week wages!! (doubling my wage cap limit)

I'd recommend the following minimum specs...

4gb RAM
250Gb HDD
Dual COre 2Ghz
Dedicated graphics car 512Mb

That is a fairly low-mid range spec for computers in this day and age... but anything more is a bonus...

Depending on Price, I'd try to get 8Gb RAM, As high a processor as you can get, Intel seem to be the best, but depends on personal preference.
The hard drive read speed is very important... if you can get a 7200Rpm HDD, that would help (not sure if they are any higher ones... haven't really looked into it that much) - If you could get a SSD (Solid State Drive), that may help loads, but they are very expensive to get a decent high enough capacity one...
The graphics card will help with the 3D gaming, and will need to be separate to the main/mother board ideally... I have a 512mb one, and it copes ok most of the time. Can get a bit jerky if I'm streaming... So maybe a 1Gb one would be better...

It all comes down to cost, and what else you want to do with the computer as well...

I have a 64bit laptop, 4gb ram, ssd drive, and a fairly decent broadband connection... (download speed is around 5mb, but upload was only 0.33)

tried all sorts with hamachi, tunngle, or just connecting via IP as we used to do years ago - but it's still slow!!
