Regardless of the opposition they faced, England winning 10 out of 10 is very impressive.

I've not watched them much this qualifying but I've read so many times people are bored when watching them.

Alot of the games have been as close to a training exercise as a full international could be. 9 guys camped on the edge of the box and at times we've really struggled to break them down. They intercept/tackle, hoof the ball up then the same happens over and over and it is a bit dull.

The games coming up will show much more how good a team we are, and will see how we are at counter attacking, which is what we're going to need to do if we stand any chance of doing anything in the euros.

I think international games as a whole outside of major tournements are pretty boring.

How on earth can Fabian Delph be selected after playing just four minutes so far for City?

Probably because he plays for Man City. I'd have Ward-Prowse or Mason ahead of him.

It's ridiculous.

Hodgson's squads are always hilarious. Why the fuck is Jones there, he's barely played this season.

The answer to both of these questions is because they're two of the better players in the country in their positions. We're fairly shit.

Is there anyone fit they're keeping out? Can't think of anyone.

England squads are always picked arbitrarily - how else can you explain why Tom Cleverley or Tom Huddlestone has so many callups but Jack Cork or Jack Colback doesn't.

And a Spurs fan moaning - Spurs are the worst offenders for geting all of their English players immediately capped by England. Admittedly Danny Rose maybe deserves a bit more international credit. - But Dier, Mason, Alli, Livermore all called up very early.

I wasn't moaning, just pointing out that Delph got called up because of who he plays for. Also I agree Alli, Mason and Livermore were called up too early but Dier was good last season and has been fantastic for us this season so I think he deserves at least 1 game. Also I have to ask if you're serious about Danny Rose, because if you are then you clearly never watch him play.

Based purely on the evidence of watching Spurs-Villa last Monday I would say Dier certainly deserves a chance.

Roy Hodgson is a prick. Theres actually a half decent/promising squad but its pointless if he plays the same shit all the time.

I mean... on the one hand I'm glad Hodgson is experimenting somewhat with squad members (probably more out of necessity than actually wanting to) but yeah getting a call-up after 1 and a half good games is a bit ridiculous.

Bit of a piss take getting an England call up after just 5 Premier League appearances.

Made a half joke last week how Hodgson has done well not to call up Lingaard and Ibe.

Anyway the papers did their unlikely callups - How the fuck did Carl Serrant and Anthony Gardner ever get call ups?
