For some reason I do not have the 'data' folder in my Football Manager 15 folder, could anyone offer me some help as to where to find it? I have searched my computer for 'facegen' but it says that there are no results found.

You are probably looking at a wrong place. The data folder is in Steam/SteamApps/common/Football Manager 2015 and your game wouldn't run if it didn't have the folder.

i downloaded both.
One is a RAR file with all the folders in,
the other is just a single file?

is this correct or is the download faulty?
if its correct, where do i put the single file?

Bollocks....due to the read-me file in the download which is not clear at all. I replaced the original files with the new ones (which it told me to do) and didn't create a back-up, anyone know how to get the old ones back?!
I'm guessing quickly re-installing the game would replace the files?

Due to there being 4 different files.
The instructions for new people to this pack are not very clear at all.
Would you be able to give me a simple guide as how to install it so new and old regen's are updated?

And again, how to get the originals back? (Unless I was meant to overwrite them?)

Can anyone clarify if the download link is broken.

The 3rd or 4th download on the first page gave me a single 3mg file instead of a rar folder?

Not that it matters for me now...just to help people in the future

Do I need the 2nd and 3rd downloads or not? Because as Danko11 said the 3rd download isn't a rar file.

At the moment I've downloaded Debskis WOH (29/11/14) and OLT's hair pack v4.0, then I downloaded Debskis 4th update (5/12/14) and replaced the default SI folders as instructed. Now my hair folder looks like this...

It's working for me. The file name is messed up though and you need to add the .zip extension manually before opening it.

Right click FM15 in steam and select Properties. Then go to Local Files and select Verify Integrity of Game Cache. You can also find the default replacements from the original post, but I am not sure if it has everything or just the ones that were improved so I'd suggest verifying the cache.You will have to re-apply the fake name fix too if you have it installed and you do the verifying, but it's a not a big deal.

Is this fabulous pack going to be ported over to 16? I know that it may well already work out of the box, but some things in 16 look different; sizes etc.

It's not an issue with the hair styles. There's a bug in game and the regen faces have incorrect aspect ratio. The faces are longer than they are supposed, which also causes the tip of their chin to go hidden and causes problems with the movember moustaches too. Once it's fixed the hairstyles should work properly as well.

I don't think it works properly no. I was just going to ask if anyone is going to take up the challenge of getting this to work? Would really make a big difference. The faces have definitely grown on me, but the hair is pretty poor currently.

I believe it was an issue in the beta but has since been rectified in 16.1.1. The faces certainly look a lot better than they did, shape form etc etc.
Thanks for continuing the work on the hair packs. If you need anyone to test anything let me know ;-)
