New, need help with database update

Does the sortitoutsi data update work with the "Around the World" by Sangue Blu and/or "FM16 Megapack 80 leagues" by claassen league expansions? And which one do you guys recommend? I want to start a career in Romania, 3rd Division and want to have the country's divisions as real as possible and also the latest transfers (or at least with winter transfers).
