Extract folder (3D KITS) to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2015/graphics/kits/put in here
Then remove the editor data file and move it into the editor data folder Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2015/editor data
then when you open a new game edit the files make sure you tick hereford.( you may also need a level 10 database) When you load the hereford game go to preferences and click reload skin for the kits
