Extract it to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\skins
(if you don't have the skins folder, create it),
then go into the >>> Preferences / Interface <<< select the skin, Clear Cache,
untick >>> Use Caching To Decrease Page Loading Times <<< if it is ticked,
and then tick >>> Reload Skin When Confirming Changes In Preferences <<<
then click confirm and your changes should be applied.

Download this client object browser.xml file for showing pictures from background packs, extract it to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\skins\alavanja 13 pervection\panels then reload the skin, and will be like this:
But after extracting that client object browser, background selector has no function anymore.

If you don't want tv logo at all just go into Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\skins\alavanja 13 pervection\graphics\icons\logos and delete all files there. That's all I think.
