We can't say exactly it depends on how many other people are downloading and exactly which filesharing site you're using.
Also as far as i'm aware you rarely get all your 50Mb for one connection.
You also need to note the difference between bits and bytes. Virgin advertise their services in Bits and most browsers show download speeds in Bytes.
MB = megabytes
Mb = megabits
8Mb = 1MB
30Mb = 3.75MB
Your 30Mb/s download speed means the best you'll ever be able to see in your browser is 3750 KB/s (3.75MB/s).
I would expect to see at least 2000 KB/s (2 MB/s).

Yes, I don't know what file you're looking at specifically, but something that has been uploaded to uploaded.net (for example) will get 50KB/s download speeds.
Premium membership should be around 40x faster than that (but no guarantee it will be as much as that), and if you manage to use all of your 30Mb connection it will be 75x faster.
Sorry if my answers are vague, I can't give you exact figures since it all depends on the time of the day, the country, the number of other people downloading, exactly how your internet connection is configured etc. I think if you download the cut out faces megapack via premium membership right now it should be 40-75 times faster than using the free mirrors.
