Annoyed!??

Shelled out £10 for a premium memebership in order to download the complete cut out facepack megapack, downloaded it and only 3,000 faces downloaded yet the file says it contains 157143, whats going on!? Am i missing something here? please help.

Did your download complete successfully? Or fail half way through?

Sounds like you downloaded the latest changes only, and not the complete pack.

I downloaded the complete pack, but it did download very quickly, and just before it finished it said something about a corrupt file and would i like to continue anyway, so i continued, it seems that i do have some players faces on my game, but not many at all, All i want is a complete pack i can download and extract to the game.

Ive attached a few screen shots to show you whats what, basically the first one is the "complete pack" that ive downloded but as you can see it only says it contains 549 images, how is this so when ive clicked download complete pack?

Second picture shows where im extracting said file to, which i know is the correct loaction.

And third picture shows the message i get when trying to extract said file.

If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated, i feel like ive purchased a premium membership for nothing!
