Why only some squads are ALL in fake players after applying the latest data updated!?

As there seems to be no reply, let me rephrase my question a bit and hope some body will help.
I `ve made the latest change on 6/24. Big transfer like Firmino to Liverpool has been changed successful inside the game.
However, some `minor` teams, like Atletico CP in division 3 of Portugal`s league, got ALL the players in fake name...

Is there something wrong with my editor data (too many or something wrong..)?? xml files are all in the editor data, is it the right place?

Could some body give me a piece of advice on that issue？
