MLS Error

Can anyone explain this problem I'm having offering contracts.

I've just taken over at Sporting Kansas in the MLS and agreed a few free contract transfers but not spent any money. However now I can't offer contracts.

Screenshot shows my salary cap isn't at its limit among other things. What's the problem.

(I'm not trying to sign John Parkin just to show I can't offer contracts to any player)

Have you reached your senior international limit, or some other limit?

It doesn't look like I'm near any limits. Other than off-budget? and I can't even offer contracts to American players.

I have played in the mls fir several seasons with la gakaxay on fm12 and seattle sounders on fm15, there are wage limits for certain type of contracts along with status of the player for example in pic 4 the wage limit was set by the board therefore to sign the player you have to offer rotation not back up.

Sorry I hadn't changed it but you can see from pic 1 that even that didn't work, even selecting £500 it said there were board restrictions. Not sure what the reason was but it seems to have sorted itself after a couple of months.

Could be due to the 'Discovery player' limit, can't mind the whole rule off the top of my head but you're only allowed to sign X amount of foreign, non-MLS players in a season.
