Description Mainly developed for those who like to manage a team full of South Americans in Europe but also for those Scouting or writing player guides. This DB makes the entire World part of the EEC meaning nobody needs a work permit. You’ll still come unstuck if you manage in a league which limits the number of Foreigners, but not in the major European leagues.
