Here is my current tactics for FM10 they've been tested with a low league team and have done good without the need of new players, but this is still work in progress as no tactic is unbeatable.

Formations worked with: 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-4-3, 4-1-4-1, 4-4-1-1, 4-2-2-2, although current is my fave.

Feedback from testers:

"it uses well the wingers' pushes well on the full backs, good crosser's are therefore important" - Roma
"match stats were decent, more shots, more poss" - Man Utd
"many fouls against" - Standard Liege
