Sorry to create such topic but I'm stuck on doing a well-concept league. So my database is a Super League where the top teams are gathered into blablabla you know. The special concept is players are being transformed to young players. Like Del Piero to 21 y.o. and young players to even younger Messi Walcott to 17-19 y.o. (of couse all with adjustment on the CA) and there is no transfer windows, so teams have to stick with their original player material.

The problem is the cup rules.. I want my top 4 divisions - each containing 16 teams - to enter this national 'Super FA Cup'.

Is it possible to make teams get the 'seeds' or 'pots' for this cup - like the one in World Cup or UCL?
So my top division teams get the first seed, the 2nd gets the second, etc.
There will be 16 groups in the cup, so every team from the same division will not meet eachother in the group.

Another thing with 'Group stage then cup' format is in the knockout round the teams will match against another team 'randomly'.
Randomly as in it is possible for a 1st place team from group A meet a group B leader.
How to make so that 1st place will be drawn to meet a 2nd place team on the knockout round.

And if possible, there is a schedule on the actual draw you can see in the game.
Not just automatically set in the beginning of the season. Somehow it adds the fun.
But it is not a priority - as long as the drawings is possible.. I'm down with that.

The other request is it possible to disable transfer windows completely?
Not putting it in nation rule don't work - it makes an all year transfer window.
I've tried to make the transfer window in an 'odd' time which is in October and only last 1 day, but still some major players are being traded.
Meanwhile placing embargo is effective, but limited to only teams in the league. It doesn't the teams to transfer out their player.

So anyone please give me resolution regarding the UCL-like of Cup rule. I don't request the database as I have done it. Just need this part right here.
