Why Can't I See Backround Pic's

Can anyone help me please i have put all my backround pic's in my graphics folder,
the same way as i have always done on all the other football manager games,but i still can't
see any backround pic's.

Backgrounds go in Graphics > Backgrounds.

Make sure that "Show background pictures" is ticked in the game preferences too.

Also what patch are you playing on, as I think it was bugged in the first patch or the first two patches, you need the latest one.

Moved to correct place too.
