Thought you may like my story of progressiion with OGC Nice in France. Using Mr Hough 4-3-3 tactic.

First season, after getting sacked by Oldham took Nice over in November 2010.

First full season in the Top league 2011/2012. Champions league qualification.

Second full season in top flight 2012/2013, consolidated position and qualified for Champ league knockout stages, beaten by Barcelona in last 16
