This has given me success with various clubs, two versions of it, it is very simple but it works for me.
These tactics have seen my rise through various divisions alternating between the two, using the weaker one when I get promoted and for a season or two and then when I'm chasing to finish high up the league and going for promotion etc I use the other.
Moving that striker into midfield when your a weak team really adds to help you at both ends as they will support the defence while helping the strikers and when your a better team the three upfront forces the other team to defend, basically overloading the defence with the three strikers, attacking midfielder and supporting central midfielder.

Looks good. I never do well with non-winger tactics, maybe it's just me and I have no motivation to stick with narrow formations but I havvve to have wingers. Strange considering I support a team which hasn't had wingers for absolutely ages.

I sometimes use wingers coming off the bench, stick one upfront two out wide, put width at max and counter attack, works well sometimes, quite often with the other team pushing forward it leaves the space in behind and the front three(the striker and two wingers) often exploit, it also keeps the left and right back in their own half as they can't bomb forward.
