I'd love secret negotiations in the game, happens all the time in Spain with the presidential elections. Would be great if a prospective new chairman approached you on the sly and talked about his ideas for the club and what he'd expect from you.

Exactly. Would be lovely and it would let me demand that board members need to have profiles, in the old CMs people like Moggi had profiles so lets bring it back. It will make interaction with your board and chairman a lot more dynamic.

I always get touted for jobs, I always say no to make my board happy. I think it's because I spend so long in the lower leagues, somehow my reputation grows even though i'm not winning anything or getting promoted.
It's probably a bug that nobodies noticed as nobody gets stuck in the same league for as long as I do
