Chairman elections issue

Hello, I would to ask someone experienced as if there is a possibility to somehow make chairman elections happen in Spain. Im currently manager of Dortmund in season 2037/2038 and Id like to move to Real Madrid. They didnt have manager for 2 seasons now, after the last manager retired. The issue is that chairman is still Florentino Perez and shows the message that he is preparing for new elections on 17th May 2015, which was clearly 20 years ago...

So I was able to rename my stadium with txt file. Is there any possibility to make elections happen like that or make Perez retire? Thanks for your input

You can make Perez retire using an in game editor such as FMRTE.

Found that tool out already, but I forgot to mention I play classic mode

The one on the FM Scout website works on FMC.
