Team is (annoyingly) using wrong kit........

Hello all,

I'm using the standard game (2014) without any kit packs added, and am getting more and more annoyed that my team (West Ham) are using their awful 3rd kit when the 1st or 2nd kit would do. They've even used it when playing at home and there was no need to change.

Is this a well known bug and if so is there a way to prevent it?
