Hello guys, as you can see I am now on the staff and the first thing I will be doing is running this experiment over the next 20 years (or until everyone has retired) I will be tracking the progress of how you do in one FM game! For anyone who signs up I will create a player for them, they will be 16 and have no club all your potential abilities will be 175 and all you current abilities will be 100 but it just depends on what stats you pick as to how you turn out! All your other stats will be set at 0 and FM will randomly generate them in relation to your stats and position! but where will you end up the next Messi or Heskey? Cech or Taibi? All you need to do is state your players:

And by the way, letting the game decide the potential abilities by itself isn't a good idea.

Rolling a dice to decide whether someone gets a -7, -8 or -9 would be a better way of doing it. Or just give everyone the same fixed PA and see how they develop based on the attributes they picked.
