In honor of the founding member clubs of the English Football Club in 1988, the career challenge is to try and reach a result where all 11 of the remaining founding members are in the Premier League together for at least 1 full season. The quest to ensure the founding member clubs get a chance to recreate their first ever league in 1888 and demonstrate their football heritage against Premier League elites - 135 years later. Each founding member club is starting in their respective leagues. As a human manager you can manage any of the 11 founding member clubs outside the premier league. The goal is to get these clubs promoted effectively into the premier league with some resilience to stay up while concentrating on the next founder club. Managing any of the founder club teams in the Premier League requires all 11 to be in the premier league. Until then, the quest to get them promoted. AI managers that promote these clubs on their own accord are acceptable, but so is relegation. This means you have to avoid clubs being dragged down and close monitoring season by season is required to understand who is more at risk and if you possibly need to intervene. The only way you can switch founder clubs is through application to a vacancy or an approach. If you do get a founder club promoted to PL with other clubs still needing to be promoted you will need to resign and go unemployed until you secure your next founder club outside the PL. This needs to be done before the start of the first game in the next season. Moving between founder clubs can happen at any time in a season. As part of the challenge, the idea is also to pickup trophies with either of the 11 clubs namely- Premier League Title, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and European trophies.
