Many thanks for your preompt response.  Since “Documents” exist in several places on the C drive and the D drive then exactly where should I place the graphics?  I chose the D drive because that is where Steam has installed the game.

My crossed fingers did not help.....it did not work. Since I did not know that I was using OnDrive (and don't actually want it!) then should I uninstall it and thus remove a potential cause of issue? I could then start again uninstalling FM 2019...

I am afraid that I was not aware that I was using OneDrive! Nevertheless, I did as you suggested and it does NOT take me to the graphics folder - see attachment.
