The face pack is in Documents/FM 2019/ graphics / sortitoutsi (then there are the two folders "faces" and "iconfaces...

Back number colours have nothing to do with kits. You sort those in editor or in-game editor, kits & colours section
Crisis, there is an issue with the number of the home kit. It is white and so it is not appeared.
I haven't found picture with back of the kit though I admit I didn't search very hard
