since not doing a challenge before im to take on the British Steel Challenge and become one of the few to Complete it . For anyone who doesn't know what the challenge is about the challenge can read about the challenge Here its a simple challenge on paper but very challegeable as you have to win every trophy in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland And Northern Ireland and you can only use players from these countries NO Foreign Players Allowed

The Challenge Begins in Northern Ireland there wasn't much to apply for but i wanted get the Challenge Underway and found the perfect Opportunity in lowest tier in Northern Ireland League Two and they are a side who are Predicted to Finish As Champions



Dundela Perfect Opportunity as there Predicted to Finish First. I Applied Straight away and the Chairman quickly returned with an Interview which im going to Attend Of Course. Hopefully its a Job Straight Away?




and of course it was after Attending the Interview the Chairman came back straight away i pretty much told him what he wanted to hear and hopefully Northern Ireland's Lowest Tier can be Ticked off straight away as there wanting me to Win The League the bar has been set high for my Opportunity in Management



The staff Situation is not great just 4 Members including me I shall try bring in Necessary staff needed within the budget ive been given



The Squad is pretty good needs Strengthening in some areas and no need to terminate Contracts or Loans as there all Northern Ireland i shall be looking at the Loan and Free Transfer Market but dont need a Major Overhaul

My first signing is Kyle Owens On a Free From Knockbreda as we was a bit short in Defense and has Potential to become a very good player

we didn't deserve anything from this match we was done by 3 counter attacks we had chances to score but couldnt take them

Good to bounce back from our last game Victory over Lisburn Distillery took our chances when they came hopefully can build on this in the next match

could be a tricky tie but one looking forward to

we was very lucky to get a point its not a great start so far need to turn it round quickly

we have been drawn against Banbridge Rangers in the Steel Cup

Dominated the game took our Chances well ad into the next round

we have Drawn Glebe Rangers in the third round with a good chance progressing but got to win them first

Controlled the game into the Next Round

Finally first Win in the League hopefully a springboard to climb back up the League

after a Terrible start were 9th we need a good run to get back up where we should be

A Comfortable 2-0 win over 10 men we should won by more and into next round

We have drawn Linfield Swift in the fourth round

Good to see someone else doing the British steel challenge and also starting in Northern Ireland, good luck will see my eye on your progress.

A Straightforward 2-0 Win 2 Goals From Matthew Kerr. Should have won by more but its 3 more points

A 2-1 Win over Queens University Belfast but was lucky to win they could have easily scored a few. But its another win and we have now notched up 4 straight wins

Winning run over completely outplayed we didn't deserve anything

Lucky to draw Disappointing result but its a point better than nothing

We Have Drawn Kimore Recreation FC In Steel Cup Quarter Final

Were sitting 5th Level On Points on 14 Points 2 Off Moyola Park but lucky to be sitting fifth been poor in last 2 matches

I didn't expect this result expect a Battering but we Progress Over Danske Bank Premiership Side Coleraine In A Penalty Shootout
