Ajax

As the new update has come out I have decided to start a new save as Ajax I had a really enjoyable career with them on FM 11 so this can be too I will post up my results and the transfers soon.

So you have given up on your Journeyman career then?

Here are my friendly results we won them all in a tour of Scotland we didn't have many because we had a super cup match quite early !

A really pleasing first month for me we scored plenty of goals Sigborssen was on fire ! We did benefit from alot of pens though but the deadly Sigborssen stuck them all away well.



The first game was the Super cup against PSV they took the lead on 37 minutes when Toivonen smashed in but right on half time we got back level a foul on Denswil was judged a penalty by the ref and Sigborssen scored it and then into the second half it was an even but another for Sigborssen bagged us the cup !

In our first league game against Utrecht away they were much the better side but we defended well and debutant Beerens came off the bench to give us the lead with 10 minutes left but with just 2 minutes left a poor back header by Moisander resulted in them getting a point.

Our first home game was on paper a tough game against Feyenoord a pen by Sigborssen gave us the lead and then they had Clasie sent off for 2 yellows after just 27 minutes and with just 3 minutes to go until half time a cross by Wallace was taken down brilliantly by Sigborssen and we finished well and then into the second half the ref was really not on Feyenoord side today he gave a dubious penalty which again was scored by Sigborssen.

Then we played RKC away I was hoping to win and we didn't disappoint they took an early lead after just 6 minutes but we replied quickly by yes guess who Sigborssen and shortly after we equalised we were then ahead great work by Babel down the right and he crossed for Sigborssen to tap in after that we dominated the game and really should have gone on to get 4 or 5.

The final game of the month was a away game against then leaders NAC Breda another penalty by Sigborssen gave us the lead and Babel then scored soon after and then Sigborssen scored again soon after !!!! Babel finished off the rout with a really good finish !



This is the league table top after 4 games joint top scorers and least conceded.



This our champions league group its tough I should at the very least get a Europa League spot !





Those our my transfers the outs are in 2 pages because there are alot of them. Ignore Boyata I got him but sent him back because I got Mateos.

Here are the players I have signed. I will not be having any players over the age of 30 in my squad the RWB I have signed is just as back up for this season as he is 28 I will be signing a younger one next season I have no other players over the age of 26. Poulsen was here who was 32 but he has now been released.

Don't worry mate, mines the same, no interest in my journeyman at the moment!

I had fun with Ajax last year, SIgporsson is a real star!

Another great month for us in the league !



We started the month with 3 friendlily matches and the first 2 were comfortably won against non league Juliana 31 we then we beat Zwolle who we had not long after in the league a much more inexperienced team played this one but we still won. And lastly we played a feeder club of ours Ajax Amateurs we were 1-0 down but 2 late Babel goals secured us 3 friendly wins.

The first competitive game of the month was a home game against Zwolle we were very comfortable in this one Sigborssen gave us the lead again as he turned excellently to finish after a pass by Blind. And then we scored again in the 2nd half Eriksen scoring after great work by Babel.

Next we had Chelsea away in the champions league we were completely outplayed in this one but we only lost 1-0 we did still have a couple of chances but it wasent to be Adrian got there goal after great work by Hazard and Oscar.

We bounced back though as we beat one of our main rivals for the league FC Twente we scored first as the ball broke to Eriksen just inside the box and he smashed it into the top corner after that Twente rarely threatened and who else but Sigborssen was there to finish the game off for us.

Next was a very eventful Dutch cup 2nd round game I decided to start with young side and that decision looked to have backfired when we went 2-0 down at half time so on came Babel and Sigborssen and within minutes we were back in it with Sigborssen and Sana both scoring quickly after the result now I felt we could go on to win the game and when on 66 minutes Moisander headed in off a Sana corner I thought that was it I brought on Alderweireld to tighten up the defence as well but they equalised again soon after off a cross which wasent defended properly so extra time it was and just after half time in Extra time Sigborssen scored again but again just 4 minutes later they levelled so penalties it was Van Rhijn and Sana both scored for us and they missed there first 2 so that put us in a great position Sigborssen then stepped up and there was only one outcome there as he stepped up and did his trademark thump down the middle to give us a 3-0 lead they then did score there next penalty but young Lucas Andersen stepped us and scored for us to send us through !!!! Ryan Babel was down to take the final penalty but he wasent needed.

In the final game of the month we played Roda JC away and again we won 2-0 but this was a little less comfortable we scored early on again a wonderful 30 yard free kick by Christian Eriksen but then after just half an hour Siem De Jong was sent off so we had an hour to play with 10 men but after that it was still an even game really and when Mateos was fouled in the area Sigborssen stepped up again and stuck it in the corner to seal the victory.



There is the league table PSV are staying with us as they have scored alot of goals I am very happy with our defensive record so far in the league !



We have non league DOTO at home in the 3rd of the cup which should be a win.

This has the potential to completely derail my season the only one who looks like scoring every game tbh and a beast at pens we are really going to struggle without him the fact he has got injured on international duty with Iceland just makes it worse

Kolbeinn is know for his injury problems. A reason I always off-load him when he is fit. On the other hand when he is fit he is a great striker.

Thanks for commenting Dyrim Yeah I know which is a problem but he did have an amazing start to the season.

A perfect month for us in all competitions we didn't even concede a goal and still scored plenty despite the loss of Kolbeinn at the start of the month.



We started off with a really important champions league tie at home to Shakhtar it was a cagey first half where not alot happened but when Jali cored after great build up play the flood gates opened for us Jali netted again and Sigborssen playing in his last game before his injury finished it off for us.

Our first league game of the month was a comfortable win over NEC Sigborssen was fit for this game but I decided to rest him with a number of other first teamers Ryan Babel started though after great work by Beerens he put us in front and not long after he scored again a wonderful long range strike.

We then played feeder club Volendam in a friendly Siem De Jong got all 4 for us as we romped to victory !

Next was on paper a tricky away tie against Heracles but after just a minute we were ahead a great ball by Blind found Eriksen who crossed for Wallace to tap home we needed a second goal and that duly arrived just after the hour mark Eriksen took along range free kick which fit the post De Jong then got the rebound he passed it back To Eriksen who scored under pressure.

Next was another champions league Tie away at Partizan Belgrade again we took a first half lead Partizans defender just stood and watched as Eriksen ran through them to give us the lead and then into the 2nd half Eriksen scored again with a lovely finish not long after that we were awarded a penalty well one had to come some time in the month didn't it as there was no Sigborssen. Sana who had just come on as a sub stepped up to slot it in.

The final game of the month was a very comfortable home win against Heerenveen we were 2 up by the half hour mark Beerens setting up De Jong and then De Jong setting up Beerens handed us the win



Us and PSV have a good gap over the rest it looks like a 2 horse race already !



I am confident in getting through my champions league group.

This month was alot poorer we were missing all our first team strikers for most of the month Sigborssen Babel and De Jong. But on the plus side we were still very solid defensively and we did have one thumping win !



In the first game we had the Dutch cup we played well in this one Babel gave us the lead after a great pass by Hoesen and then Hoesen himself put us 2 up before half time and in the 2nd half a wonderful finish by Sana handed us the win.

Our first league game was VVV away it looked like we weren't going to be able to break through but a really good diving header Moisander shortly after coming on gave us the lead and shortly after De Jong put us further ahead.

Then we started a run of draws against Partizan in the champions league we should have won this game really especially when De Jong put us ahead but this time we weren't able to defend it out as they scored with 9 minutes left.

Away at Ado Den Haag was a really poor game neither side deserved to win really we lacked any fire power due to having our 3 main strikers along with Eriksen unavailable.

Then we played PSV at home I was pleased with a 0-0 this time they had the better of the game we had one chance when Denswil had a header cleared off the line.

Next was Chelsea in the champions league we never looked like scoring at all but Vermeer and our defence were playing class but Ramires ended up tapping one in after a Ba flick on.

Then after 3 games without a goal we hit 5 against Willem II 4 of them going to Eriksen after just 8 minutes we scored a wonderful finish by young Andersen and then after that it was Eriksen show 4 powerful finishes which were very similar the best being his 3rd got us a handsome win !

But after that we crashed back down to earth they were the better side but then they had a man sent off we then looked the more likely but then Eriksen was sent off for apparent deliberate hand ball and they made use of that crashing in a goal in added time.



We are now 2 points behind PSV.



We need something against Shakhtar in the final game.



Tough draw really but am hoping to progress.

Doing well buddy, I cant seem to keep a clean sheet!

Great run with Ajax. The club still has the potential to become a topclub in Europe in a few seasons. I won the CL 3 times in the first 4 seasons with some talented improvements. Most of the (talented) young players you sign will become great players after a few seasons. Also Eriksen and Sigthorsson will become stars in a few years. Good luck with your career!

Please get passed PSV, as a Ajax fan it hard to see them above Ajax.

A good month we qualified through our champions league group and won most of our leagues PSV are just too good ! And we are also through to the 1/4 finals of the cup !



The first game was an away game away at Groningen we only had one striker available and no Eriksen the striker was Hoesen and after we won a penalty he stepped up and scored that was the only goal of the game so we got a scrappy win !

Next we travelled to Shakhtar in the champions league in the knowledge that unless they beat us 6-0 we would be through we did not play well at all as they raced into a 2-0 lead at half time in the second half Blind was sent off with 20 minutes but a better second half ensured we were through to the knock-out stages.

Next was a tough home game against Vitesse they scored early through Bony but we were ahead before the half hour mark Blind with a great run forward for both scores before playing it to De Sciglio and Sana respectively to finish it off.

And when we hammered Utrecht who were 3rd we were 3 up at half time goals from Babel back from injury and a wonderful free kick by Eriksen right into the top corner the scoring was completed after a 27 minutes when De Jong finished from close range.

Next was a tough game against Feyenoord they scored early after a poor defensive error by Denswil and it looked like they were going to win but when a corner was flicked on at near post Alderweireld was there to get us a point.

then we had the Dutch cup game it was a tough game they took the lead shortly after half time but Babel equalised not too long after and again Alderweireld scored an important goal and Babel finished it off late on !

The last game was a comfortable friendly win !



PSV don't lose we have a game in hand though !

What looked like another good month was ruined by the last 2 games ! We are now out of the cup as are PSV and we are not going to win the champions league and the way PSV are going in the league we are not going to win that either good job we won the super cup !



The first game was a good away win at Zwolle ! We scored early through De Jong and then Eriksen scored to put us further ahead they then pulled one back after poor keeping by Vermeer but another amazing free kick by Eriksen completed the scoring.

then we had 3 friendly matches in which we won them all scoring plenty of goals as well !

Then we had another comfortable win against RKC Eriksen scored first first after a good e=run and finish and we went further ahead before the half hour when Van Rhijn put it in from close range and into the second half Fischer played a great ball for De Jong to finish !

Next we played NAC Breda at home we played really poorly they scored early on but straight after half time Babel scored a penalty after Aggirretxe was fouled I expected us to push on but we didn't and in the end a draw was the fair result.

Then we had the Dutch cup match we were awful in this one they scored early and then we were very lucky that Aggirretxe headed in but in extra time they scored a second right on half time in extra time and that was put out of the cup



4 points behind PSV which is going to be a tough gap to bridge we could do with beating them away though !



I have signed Yuki Otsu for £2 million from VVV !



And I have also signed Ljajic on loan till the rest of the season as well

Hopefully the new signings give you a bit of a boost, I've found with a few injuries your first team squad becomes very thin!

yep hopefully mate I have noticed that too especially with Jali and Serero on ACN duty !

Your doing very well hopefully PSV can drop some points, And you go on a good run ! Christian Eriksen Has been scoring a fair few for a CAM !

Sorry this update took so long but I am very pleased with the month as we have won every game !



The first game was a very exciting game away at FC Twente they took an early lead after just 5 minutes after poor defending by Denswil but Agirrexte bought us level the first of alot of goals for him this month and Babel soon made it 2-1 there was even better news for us just 4 minutes after as they had Tadic sent off and Babel made use of that to give us a 3-1 lead but again soon after they pegged us back to 3-2 when Bulykin scored his 2nd of the game for them but Moisander headed in off a corner to give us a 2 goal cushion again and then we went 5-2 up Agirrexte scoring again but they scored another to make it 5-3 but the last goal was the most pleasing one for me as Sigborssen got it his first since coming back from that long term injury !

Next was Roda JC at home Agirrexte scored a hat trick in this game ! he gave us the lead near half time but unfortunately they managed to get back level right on the half time whistle but soon after half time Agirrexte headed in to give us the lead and ten we were awarded a pen Agirrexte is not our usual penalty taker but as he was on a hat trick he took it and he scored it to seal his hat trick !

Then we had a very important champions league game at home to PSG surprisingly they offered very little in attack but they were solid in defence it took a great goal from Eriksen to break them down this result means it is all to play for in Paris but if we get an away goal we should definitely do it.

Next was Heracles at home they had nothing in attack and we dominated from start to finish Babel gave us the lead after rounding the keeper to score and into the 2nd half Agirrexte finished off a great team move !

And the final game of the month was away at NEC I thought this was going to be a tough match and they had 2 chances inside 7 minutes but then they had a guy sent off for a 2 footed lunge on Blind who had go off injured because of it and after that it was very easy for us Agirrexte capitalises on it early when he scored a lovely turn and finish and then Ligeon crossed and Agirrexte headed in brilliantly to seal it.



Here is the table well we are defo going to come 2nd but PSV are just winning every game at the moment !
