I am struggling for a career on FM 14 and really enjoyed being Canada a couple of years back so hopefully I can get them as far as I can ! Because the game has started in January I have already qualified through the 2nd phase! But lost out in the third phase so I don't have a game for a while now.

Have about 8 injures to some of my main players so the squad to play UAE in a friendly is very weak. Quite a few youngsters in there though getting there opportunity !

Very pleased with my 1st game in charge we were excellent and dominated the game ! Bit disappointed to concede but 2 goals each for Friend and Bernier won us it. We were missing alot of 1st team players as well but the youngsters who came in were really good

Next we faced 2 back to back friendlies against Israel and Northern Ireland !

Against Israel we were much the better team and deserved more than just a 1-0 given to us from a Edgar header off a corner

was also pleased with the clean sheet !

Against Northern Ireland we were big underdogs but in the 1st half we had quite a few chances but Brunt also hit the bar for them. Johnny Evans went off injured for them just before half time and 2nd half despite them being the better team a wonderful cross by Hoilett was headed in by Friend and he also scored another header in added time ! Sorry Shedender but I beat them

I'm not surprised you beat them, we're probably as shit on the game as we are in real life.

Used this game and will use the next at home to Bahrain to blood some youngsters into the team we were always in control in this Hoilett scored when his shot should have been saved by the keeper from the edge of the area and it was really pleasing to see another regen 16 year old Steve Ayre score on his 2nd cap

Somehow could only draw 0-0 at home to Bahrain we were poor and they could have nicked it at the end. Friend did also hit the bar late on though !

We were excellent against Japan somehow beating them 2-0 first half we were battered they had loads of chances and a goal disallowed for offside but when we got our goal against the run of play off a free kick which Edgar smashed in. And after that they fell away and another 17 year old who has playing alot in the centre of midfield Villegas sealed it !

Also haven't conceded in 5 games now which I am very pleased with in fact the only game I have conceded in was against UAE and that was a late consolation and am unbeaten so far !

2 wins which is good, I was disappointed to lose our good defensive record but we scored plenty of goals and the goals we conceded seem to have come after we took big leads and made changes to bring on younger players !

You have brilliant youngsters coming into your side which is good! and some decent results in there! shame you cant get to play big teams but i take it they dont want too play you! But very good and im looking forward what happend on your career!
