FMM19 - wrong teams qualify for Irn Bru Cup

In real life, the 1st & 2nd place teams in the Welsh League qualify for the Irn Bru Cup in Scotland, but on FMM19 it looks like it's 2 random sides (maybe 2 highest who've not qualified for Europe). Could you fix that please, it makes the Welsh League more enjoyable to play if you can reliably play in that (you could on FMM17 so not sure why the change?).

That is something which should be reported on the official SI forums so that the developers can know about it and fix it
