@katalonczyk22, I've noticed recently that you've started to upload some sources on a black background and/or upscaled. A black background makes it much harder to cut and upscaling unnecessarily makes players look like waxworks, so best to avoid both effects unless absolutely unavoidable 
I have many pictures (from globalsportsarchive.com) but they are on 150x150 size, so I think to resized these. I don't know how to do they are white background.

If I may add another suggestion for @katalonczyk22 : if you really need to upscale some images, try to use the x2 upscale and not the x4: it'll help reduce the "waxwork" effect @mons was talking about.

Which website/software are you using to resize the pics? Almost everywhere there's an option to select the desired scale.

There's imglarger.com that let you enlarge 19 images for free for every account you're registered on.
Please tell me how looks this picture after enlarged x2? Is there better than enlarged x4? Is this picture is ready to add to the MP if have to cut? (of course the size is incorect and Type of file - it should be in png. than jpg)?

It still needs a bit of cleaning around the edge of the neck and ears.
When I move this picture on the computer I saw underwork around the head, ears, neck
