I'm a Premium Member and want to download the facepack with a download manager (ie. Getright, FireFox DownloadThemAll) but I can't access a direct link to do it. It's almost 6gb and I'd like to be able to pause and resume it as it will take over 5 hours.

Firefox has pause and resume built in, as do Chrome, Opera and I think Internet Explorer.

As for using these other download managers i'm not totally sure how they work, obviously you need to be logged in to download and if they can't login i'm not sure how they get around that. But I will look at their sites/documentation and see if there's anyway around it.
