I have downloaded some faces etc, saved them in the appropriate folder, then clear the cache to get the "new" faces working within the game.
However, there are now some faces that I didn't download that were working fine, but now that are missing, for example Charlie Austin, he is not the only one there are quite a few.
What am I doing wrong?

Face-pack install guide:
''Put files from archive into “Graphics” subfolder of your Football Manager data folder. Here is the path you need for that:
My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/Graphics/faces
If you don’t see Graphics subfolder, just create it manually.
Go to FM 2016 Preferences –> Interface.
Untick “Use caching to decrease page loading times” setting.

I added a new player to the database and I wanted to add a face pack to him, but unfortunately it does not work, the ID is correct, everything is fine in the FM settings (other graphic add-ons work without any problems, such as, for example, metalic logos megapack or MEGAPACK cut-out, size is correct, the .png format is preserved, in previous FM editions with the same photo I had no problem (I only changed the ID), and in this one it does not want to work and to be honest I have no idea how to solve it.

I use FMXML to create config file, and also i clear cache but still my facepack doesnt work's.

I'm sending a cut-out of him as the other one you were using is much too small to see in-game.
Can I have a screenshot of the person in-game, showing his UID? And also of your preferences - does it look like the below?

I use Flut Skin 5.0, I use your cut out file but still doesn't work. I send screenshots:

The UID in your config file is different to what is in the game, so the one in the config file should be changed to 2002042696.
