I wonder about Fulham away kit this season.
It looks similar to condivo23, but the neck is a completely different shape. and this is not in adidas catalog. in your view, so is it just a variant of condivo or a new series?

Adidas and other top manufacturers uses multi-tier kit making.

In first tier are top teams and national teams, they get unique design.

In 2nd tier are mid-level teams like Fulham who can pick an existing shirt type and customize it with different colors, neck type and front pattern. Also in this tier is MI-Adidas program with 3-4 shirt types which can be customized a lot. 

Last tier are catalogue kits that can't be customized, it is what it is, you buy what you see. A dozen or so models that are mostly simplified versions of previous season unique kits.

You can't - the game doesn't support custom goalkeeper kits. Only the customisation that's in the pre-game/in-game editor.
