ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

your advice to using this thread doesnt work it seems. on PayPal he is asking for contacting him via Email before opening a case. Email didn't get a response, neither did my post on this thread and neither did my pm. 3 ways into a dead end.

How do I cancel premium subscription?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone could help me, I forgot to cancel my premium subscription last year and got billed the £10 a few days ago. How do I cancel it to ensure the Same thing diesnt happen again next year? Or if someone could do it for me that'll be amazing. Cheers.

I've activated the premium status for your account now - it was showing as already activated in your shop order but for some reason didn't update on your profile.

also as I see it your premium membership expired according to your shop orders so you shouldn't still be showing as a premium user

Forgot it was a recurring subscription and didn't cancel in time. May I have a refund? Last time I used the site it was February 2022 I think, so one year ago. I'm looking forward to play again in the future but can't make time right now.
