ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

I have paid for premium however it's not recognising this ? Can anyone help? do I wait ?

Can all users having issues with purchasing/cancelling Premium membership

Or issues with Premium membership eg downloads not treating you as a premium member etc please post your question/issue in this thread only DO NOT start any other new threads or post on threads that have nothing to do with your problem.


Please be aware the site Admin is based in Australia and so be patient until he replies as he is the only person who can assist with this issue.


can users be aware it can take a few hours for your membership to become active so just be patient

Users need to tag him in their posts and do so correctly eg@Footygamer if it isnt showing up in blue like this you haven't tagged correctly😉

Also anyone wanting other payment options rather than Paypal, this is a recent reply from Footygamer-

I have a double premium membership for some reason. I was charged 3 Nov and now again on the 22 Nov. Can you please delete one of the subscriptions and reverse the payment?

I can't find any payments related to your email address. Are you sure you don't have two accounts and two email addresses by mistake?

I purchased a premium membership yesterday and as of yet, I am still unable to download the packs through the one click download. Whenever I click the download option, it takes me to the subscribe page. 

 

How long does it take for my subscription to start working?
