Here's a panel that will change match scoreboard into full team name and logo instead of short name.
Installation:
Windows: \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\
MAC: \Library\Application Support\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\
If you are using a Third Party Skin then you may need to place the panels folder inside the folder for the skin you are using;
Windows: \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\skins\<skin name>\
MAC: \Library\Application Support\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\skins\<skin name>\

I saved the file in the folder, but I can't select it within the game.

Extract the file in your documents/FM folder.
After that, clear cache, reload your skin and that should be it.

I put the given file in the skin folder as it is. clean the temporary files, reload the theme, but the scoreboard is not visible in the match, what is the problem?

The answer is simple, use the flutskin, the best skin out there and this issue doesn't apply.
