Hi. the 3d kits / kit texture doesnt load for me either. I dont have other graphics files for the Irish league (editing Bray Wanderers) so its a bit weird to me. 2d kit works fine.
Im using the Krasnodar pattern, maybe thats why it cant quite handle it ingame for the 3d model?
Added the texture png, maybe itll help. The ingame models are dark green and black for some reason which is not exactly whats shown in the file attached.

This is a pretty interesting tool. Are there any thoughts to being able to upload an existing 2D kit and it produces the 3D file?
That would be pretty cool.

extremely difficult if not impossible to make that work, too much of the sleeves aren't visible on 2d kits. would need something like an even more advanced Photoshop healing brush tool and that's way above the pay grade of FM modder lol not to mention shorts and socks and the back of the shirt

We've released a new update that includes a number of small additions and fixes, most notably the ability to import kits and layers from kits created using the FIFA and PES creators.

That's unfortunately not possible in the current version (and I'm also not sure how such a thing would be accomplished with how the creator works in general).

Hello everyone. how can i fix this? i followed the step as instructed. when i download a standard shirt(it doesn't matter if its home or away at fm kit editor) it upload it in the game as away kits and all ss kits only as home. i tried to compine but i failed.

If anyone is having trouble getting 3D kits to show in game read this!
You may need to move the downloaded folder from FMKITCREATOR to the “pictures” folder if you have one! I know that on the how to video they show it going right into the “graphics” folder, but that doesn't work for me for some reason. I have the graphics folder, but also a “pictures” subfolder with things like: stadiums, trophy packs, etc." You may have this too, and if you do, and you can't get the 3D kits to show in game, try adding them to that pictures subfolder instead of just adding them to the “graphics” folder.

Yes and yes. Here's another caveat:
I can change the 3D kit in a different save for Borussia Dortmund.
I've loaded up a test save with Arsenal, and cannot get a 3D kit to show in game, but the 2D will show.
Same process as for Dortmund.

Okay it looks like the problem was, I was not refreshing the skin with the save loaded… What a dope I am! I was doing this from the main menu because you can easily see the 3D kits in the locker room splash screen.
