Being annoyed by the changes UEFA decided to make with the new UEFA competitions format, I created this file which simply removes the new 2024 format and keeps the current one, including the nation coefficients. No other changes have been made to these competitions.
The edited competitions:
UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League
UEFA Youth League
UEFA Super Cup
Additionally, this file fixes the Dutch cup and league to work with this change. It does not change anything about the competitions itself, it plays out like in the vanilla game.
I've also added a version which reinstates the away goal rule, for anyone who wants to go full pre-2020, though this file seems to cause problems with the UEFA competition awards.

Go to Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2023 / editor data, and put the file you've downloaded from this page in there. No need for a YT video for that, surely?

You can isolate the World Cup and the Qualifiers of each continent and then remove the new rules starting after 2022 and the end dates of the old rules.

Yeah you would need both, but I've combined them now to be only one file
