Four Groups of four
Top two teams from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, The Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia compete in a six-game group stage between July and October with top two progressing through November to February final.
Final host rotates around participating countries.

Where's Greece?

Didn't include them, which is why they aren't listed.
I have other plans for Greece given they aren't in the Western Balkans but partly in the Balkan Peninsula.

Thank you. It's pretty much what I made them for since the editor was available, a little variety against different teams or continents in some files, and in some cases a competition you can give the younger players a chance in to aid development.

Correct. Gave up creating content. Works perfectly, just hasn't been updated to newest patches and won't work unless updated to 23.4 in the Editor.
