Cannot download the Mega Facepack

Hi there,

I bought the Premium membership yesterday and proceeded to download the Cutout Mega Facepack. Unfortunately, the download stopped midway through. My browser told me that it can not download the pack, because it is “forbidden” (I am using Opera GX by the way). Should I try using another browser or can the staff reset my Premium Membership or something?

Try using chrome… it allows you to resume any interruptions in your downloads  👍

If you're still having problems can you share the URL the download is coming from, you should be able to find it in the downloads section of your browser.

We use multiple hosts for our downloads and it could be that one of them was having an issue.

I tried downloading it with Chrome and Edge, but it always stopped downloading like 70% in. It says that I do not have the permission to download the file. Perhaps you can send me a different host?

Do you definitely have enough space on your computer? Sometimes this error means you've run out of disk space, especially if it always stops at around the same percent.

Yes, I have several Gigabytes of free space left. Around 50, which should be enough
