How do you get so many points in here?

I've been playing FM for LONG LONG time… and I've never got many points in the below league - the one you get shown at the end of each season…

What gets you points? If I use the FMRTE, does that stop any points accruing? (I use it to fix bugs, or sometimes to give my local team (not the team I'm playing as!) additional money - nothing that I'd class as cheating). 

This has been broken and irrelevant for as long as I can recall. It's one of the many screens in FM where you can literally hit SPACE and ignore it as cosmetic fluff.

Yes, pretty sure a few years ago it was posted that using editor file can prevent accumulation of all points. Not sure why that was the case, but I remember having a similar issue in FM18 or so and the explanation was to do with editor files.
